FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How Collebrity works for brands and creators.

What is Collebrity?

Collebrity is a platform that connects brands with creators for collaborations. Creators can offer services through their storefront, and brands can either purchase services directly or run campaigns to work with multiple creators.

Is Collebrity free to use?

Yes. Creating an account on Collebrity is free for both creators and brands.

Creators can set up their profile, connect social accounts, and list services at no cost.

Brands can explore creator storefronts and purchase services. A free plan also allows brands to run a limited campaign with up to 5 creators to try the platform before subscribing but again it’s all free and no restrictions in Beta launch.

How do creators earn money on Collebrity?

Creators earn by offering collaboration services such as sponsored posts, reels, videos, shoutouts, UGC creation, and more.

Brands can purchase these services directly from the creator’s storefront or invite them to participate in campaigns.

How do payments work?

Collebrity uses a payment system powered by Razorpay.

When a brand starts a collaboration, the payment is securely held by Collebrity. Once the creator completes the deliverables and the brand approves them, the payment is released to the creator.

This ensures protection and transparency for both creators and brands.

What is a creator storefront?

A creator storefront is a page where creators can list the services they offer, their pricing, delivery timelines, and collaboration options.

Brands can browse these storefronts and purchase services directly.

What is a campaign?

A campaign allows brands to collaborate with multiple creators at once.

Brands can define their campaign goals, invite creators, manage deliverables, and track performance from a single dashboard.

Can brands track performance of collaborations?

Yes. Collebrity provides analytics dashboards that allow brands to track content performance, engagement, and campaign results.

What social platforms can creators connect?

Creators can connect below platforms:

  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • Other platforms (They can’t connect API yet but will be available soon)
When is a campaign marked as completed?

A campaign is marked as completed when:

  • All creator deliverables are marked as completed
  • Payments have been released
  • There are no open disputes

After completion, brands can still view analytics but cannot add new creators to the campaign.

What happens if there is a dispute?

If either the brand or creator is unhappy with the deliverable, a dispute can be raised through the platform.

The Collebrity team will review the case and help resolve the issue fairly.

Do creators need a minimum number of followers?

No. Creators of all sizes can join Collebrity.

Brands often collaborate with nano, micro, and macro creators, depending on their campaign goals.

Can brands run ads using creator content?

Yes, if the creator grants permission.

For example, creators can offer services such as Instagram Ad Boost Permission, allowing brands to run paid ads using the creator’s post for a defined duration.
